Welcome to DAF Flight Maintenance. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of DAF Flight Maintenance's website and services.

1. Scope of Services

DAF Flight Maintenance provides comprehensive aircraft maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to routine maintenance, unscheduled repairs, avionics upgrades, and engine overhauls. Our services do not include aircraft manufacturing or assembly unless specified in a separate agreement.

2. Payment Terms

2.1. All services are billed according to the rates set forth in our pricing schedule or as agreed upon in a separate contract.

2.2. Invoices are due and payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2.3. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to all overdue balances.

2.4. Upfront deposits or retainers may be required for certain services and will be outlined in the service agreement.

3. Warranties and Guarantees

3.1. DAF Flight Maintenance warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner by industry standards.

3.2. Warranties on parts and labor are provided for 90 days from the date of service completion unless otherwise specified.

3.3. This warranty does not cover defects or damages arising from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

4. Liability and Indemnification

4.1. DAF Flight Maintenance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, or loss of use of the aircraft.

4.2. The maximum liability of DAF Flight Maintenance for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the services rendered.

4.3. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless DAF Flight Maintenance from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the customer's negligence or misuse of the aircraft.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All intellectual property, including but not limited to repair techniques, software, and designs developed by DAF Flight Maintenance, remain the exclusive property of DAF Flight Maintenance.

5.2. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use any provided software or documentation strictly for the operation and maintenance of their aircraft.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. DAF Flight Maintenance shall maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed by the customer in the course of service provision.

6.2. Confidential information shall not include information that is publicly known or becomes publicly known through no breach of this agreement.

7. Termination and Cancellation

7.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.

7.2. In the event of termination, the customer shall pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

7.3. DAF Flight Maintenance reserves the right to cancel services if the customer fails to comply with these terms and conditions or fails to make timely payments.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.

8.2. The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of [Your State/Country], and the governing law shall be [Applicable Law].

9. Compliance with Regulations

9.1. DAF Flight Maintenance complies with all applicable aviation regulations and safety standards.

10.1. Force Majeure: DAF Flight Maintenance shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or labor disputes.

10.2. Assignment: The customer may not assign their rights or obligations under this agreement without the prior written consent of DAF Flight Maintenance.

10.3. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended only by a written agreement signed by both parties.
